Chair
The President is nominated by the Governing Council, which also nominates up to two Vice Presidents. The President’s mandate lasts four years, as does that of the Governing Council, and may be renewed just once. The President is the legal representative of the Compagnia, with duties that include chairing meetings, establishing the agenda and directing the works of the Governing Council and Management Committee. The President has the faculty to undertake urgent measures in the interest of the Compagnia and reports on them to the Management Committee.
