ARTICLE 19
1. The Consiglio Generale may appoint Scientific Committees, with an advisory role, formed by experts chosen from among distinguished personalities in the Compagnia's priority sectors of activity, defining with suitable internal rules, in agreement with the Board of Auditors, the duration of the appointment, the operating criteria and the relevant fees.
2. The Management Committee may appoint, for specific needs, Technical Evaluation Committees composed by persons who have expert knowledge, determining, in agreement with the Board of Auditors, their duties, the operating criteria and the relevant fees.
3. The Chair may appoint experts for expressing opinions on the proposals being examined by the Compagnia, determining, in agreement with the Board of Auditors, the relevant fees.
