Article 9 - Circulation of information and reporting

1. The Secretary-General, in addition to providing all information needed to illustrate the initiatives submitted for approval to the Management Committee, shall also submit to it on a six-monthly basis a summary of proposals which have not been accepted.

 

2. In order to ensure that the Consiglio Generale has the knowledge to exercise its strategic decisions, the Management Committee shall present on at least a six-monthly basis, an adequate report on its own resolutions, along with what is established by article 7, sub-section 8, regarding the circulation of information on evaluation activities.
