Article 5 – Subjective and objectives requisites; criteria for presenting proposals

1.The Management Committee shall define - on the basis of the principles established in the Regulations - the subjective requisites which the proponents of initiatives must have, and the objective requisites regarding the proposals themselves, whilst respecting the sectors of activity identified in article 2. Such requisites are communicated to the Consiglio Generale and may be reviewed periodically.

Excluded are any form of funding, payment or grant both for-profit bodies or enterprises of any kind (with the exception of instrumental enterprises, social enterprises envisaged by legislative decree n. 155 of 24 March 2006, and social cooperatives envisaged by law n. 381 of 8 November 1991 and successive amendments), and individuals, with the exception for the latter in the case that they are used within a framework of projects and interventions promoted and realised directly by the Compagnia.

2. The criteria for presenting intervention applications are defined by the Management Committee. They shall guarantee the transparency of the conditions of access and the optimal execution of the selection process described in the following article, and shall be made known to potential applicants using the most suitable systems, including calls for proposals.
