Regulations governing institutional activities
Article 1 – Scope
1. The present Regulations, in implementation of the provisions of article 3, sub-section 3, of the Articles of Association of the Compagnia di San Paolo (in these Regulations for the sake of brevity called the \"Compagnia\"), govern the modalities and criteria for the pursuance of the Compagnia's statutory purposes, particularly the criteria for the allocation of resources to institutional activities, the rules for the planning, approval, management and assessment of such activities, and the forms of public information regarding them.
