Compagnia di San Paolo statement regarding 2011 Intesa Sanpaolo balance results
Torino, 15 March 2012- Regarding the balance results indicated today by the Intesa Sanpaolo Management Board, as the bank’s major shareholder the Compagnia di San Paolo points out that after 2009, a year of no dividends, in 2010 and 2011 relative earnings from dividends of Intesa Sanpaolo shares amount to € 93,729,818 in both years.
