Clarification by the Compagnia di San Paolo
Torino, 16 October 2010 – With reference to the news about an alleged “Secret plan to reduce its stock in Intesa Sanpaolo”, published today by a newspaper, the Compagnia di San Paolo utterly denies its existence and confirms its untroubled and lasting trust in the Compagnia’s investment in the capital of Intesa Sanpaolo, of which it is and intends to remain the main stockholder.
