Conference: The Maddalena cultural area, a resource for the city

On 20th April at the Loggia della Mercanzia in Piazza Banchi in Genova the conference promoted by the Associazione Arci Liguria is being held, along with the winners of the Generazione Creativa call for proposals with the MAED/Maddalena Mediterranea project. The Compagnia chose to be part of the Pact for the Local Development Plan of the Maddalena promoted by the City of Genova, aimed at contributing together with various actors in the area to a programme of regeneration of the Maddalena area, the long standing heart of the old town. The initiatives supported by the Compagnia using an interdisciplinary approach, which aims to enhance energy and resources, includes setting up the Condominio Sociale Solidale, (Cohousing), systemizing initiatives to improve life in the area, supporting steps to promote young artistic creativity, laying down pathways to enhance the artistic heritage and doing research into the subject of legality.
Davide Traverso for Arci Liguria, Claudio Oliva for il Patto di Sviluppo Locale della Maddalena and Laura Fornara for the Compagnia di San Paolo are among those who will be taking part.
