Sister Giuliana Galli is elected Vice Chair

The “Consiglio Generale” of the Compagnia di San Paolo, under the chairmanship of Angelo Benessia, has elected by a large majority Sister Giuliana Galli as vice chair of the Compagnia.
The number of members of the foundation’s Management Committee has thus returned to seven after Elsa Fornero’s appointment to the vice- chairmanship of Intesa Sanpaolo.
The “Consiglio Generale” has also unanimously approved the “Regulation implementation document” which will soon be published on this website.
