Elsa Fornero and Fabio Pasquini leave the Compagnia to enter the Consiglio di Sorveglianza of Intesa Sanpaolo

The Compagnia di San Paolo informs that, following the ordinary shareholders’ meeting of Intesa Sanpaolo of April 30th, Elsa Fornero has resigned the Compagnia’s Vice Chairmanship in order to take on the role of Vice Chair of the Consiglio di Sorveglianza of Intesa Sanpaolo. Fabio Pasquini is also leaving our foundation to enter the Consiglio di Sorveglianza of the bank.
