Call for Application 2012: FutureLab Europe

The Council of Young European Citizens. The application deadline for the second annual programme year is 1 March 2012.
FutureLab Europe is a joint programme of 10 European foundations that has been established in early 2011. It is aimed at bright, ambitious young European professionals aged 20-30 who want to play an active part in shaping the future direction of Europe. In order to qualify, applicants must have taken part in one or
more programmes run by one of the partner foundations that support FutureLab Europe in the framework of the European Alliance for Democratic Citizenship:
http://www.nef-europe.org/content/6/challenging-european-democratic-gap. Commitment to the European ideal, the capacity to formulate and defend one’s
positions and ideas on questions of European relevance, and a significant level of civic engagement are required. Familiarity with European issues and readiness to
take action in support of the European ideal are a precondition for participation. The working language of FutureLab Europe is English.
