2011 Scorecard Report

March 7th at the Polish Embassy in Rome sees the presentation of the Scorecard Report, drawn up by the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) with backing from the Compagnia di San Paolo.
The Scorecard is an innovative performance evaluation of the European Union’s foreign policy and of its 27 member states in 2011. Among the dossiers examined by the Scorecard are the impact of the euro crisis, the Arab Spring and German leadership in Europe. During the presentation in Rome the Report will be commented on by the Italian council members of ECFR Emma Bonino, Marta Dassù and Massimo D'Alema. Piero Gastaldo, Gian Giacomo Migone and Nicolò Russo Perez will be taking part in the presentation.
